Chinese telecoms company Huawei has been helping Vladimir Putin's endeavors to settle Russia's web network after cyberattacks, reports uncover. Chinese telecoms monster Huawei should be researched over reports the firm has 'hurried to Russia's guide' after hacker attack on its web organization.
