Russian powers did an "immediate strike" on a maternity clinic in Mariupol, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday.


"Individuals, youngsters are under the destruction. Barbarity!" the president said, in a tweet that included a video film that he said was from the clinic. "How much longer will the world be an assistant overlooking fear?"
