Putin has deployed nearly 100% of pre-staged forces into Ukraine- U.S. official

Russian President Vladimir Putin has now sent into Ukraine almost 100 percent of the more than 150,000 powers that he had pre-organized external the country before the intrusion, a senior U.S. guard official said on Monday.
